This is happening. 30 days of eating good, whole, foods.
No bread, no sugar, no rice, no dairy, no soy, no beans, no grains… just good foods.
It sounds a little crazy, but it also seems to make some sense. (I say this now, at day 0). This is the month that I test it out and find out exactly how much sense.
